Meet Cohort 2026

Her Climb’s first cohort of high school girls was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants across New York City. We recruit during their freshman year and stay with scholars through early career, to about age 25 — combining mentorship, career exploration, and leadership training across four tracks: Business, Creative Arts, Journalism, and STEM.
