Meet Cohort 2026

Her Climb’s first cohort of high school girls was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants across New York City. We recruit during freshman year and stay with scholars through early career/to age 25 — combining mentorship, career exploration, and leadership training across four tracks: business, creative arts, journalism, and STEM, rooted in our four pillars: leadership, access, sisterhood, and wellness.
